Austria is known for two things: hiking and skiing. People come from all around the world to hike and ski the beautiful mountains that are all around Austria. Ironically, Colorado is known for those things as well. I grew up going to the mountains almost every weekend for hiking adventures and ski classes. Admittedly, I did not always enjoy going. (My mom and every other Coloradan are screaming internally right now) Hiking in particular, not my favorite. But that doesn't mean that I won't go.
There is a little hill on the edge of Vienna that you can hike up and see the whole city from the top. And on Tuesday, Oliver begged me to go and because I love him dearly, we went. (He was also a dear and went to go see Avengers that night too because I wanted to)

I have to admit that the view from the top was awesome! I hadn't seen Vienna like that before and it is pretty large. So we're at the top of this tower and from the east was the city and from the west, rolling green hills straight out of The Sound of Music. I am not kidding, Julie Andrews herself could have popped up singing "The Hills are Alive." It was so beautiful.
Life is really getting normal. I have a routine, I have friends, I don't have to think about which bus stop to get off at or which metro line to take, it feels oh so good. This blog is my current passion right now. I love sharing what I think and I love sharing how life is over here. This sight redo has been very exciting for me, it is truly an expression of me. I really hope you like it as much as I do. What are you excited about right now?
